This year, our school really got into the Valentines Spirit! We brought candy and valentines to class and we played a heart game! We also held a Valentines Dinner for all the parents to raise money for the mission work for Brazil! It was a lot of work, but in the end it turned out to be a hit! The food was delicious and the entertainment hilarious! I definitely think we should do it again...but not anytime soon!!! Hello all!
I haven't been on my blog for the LONGEST time! Im not to faithful with it... Well, im going to try and work on it some more! So many things have changed since i last posted something! First of all, we have a new foster child! I love her to pieces and hope that she'll be able to stay with our family! Also, I passed my drive test! I hadn't studied to faithfully, but my Dad forced me to take it....and i actually passed, much to my amazement! I only got two wrong!
Right now I am working at the Lynden Dutch Bakery! I have worked there for about two years, and am now looking into a new job working at an old age home. This home is called Lynden Manor, and for a few years I had vollunteered there, so I won't have to much of a problem getting the job! Exciting!
On Monday my family and I are going to go to Seattle and probably go to the Sciene Center! I have been there before, and it is really a lot of fun! Lots of hands on projects!
Im going to be trying to make some video clips on this site, and also try to download some music! Hope I can do it and not erase my whole blog while experimenting!
Last night I watched Flyboys with my Dad! That movie is the best movie i have ever watched! Im not even exagerating! I totally recommend it! There is not much bad language at all, and it gives you a real good look at what the first people who flew in war faced! It is based on a true story, and it made me really cry! I was bawling and my dad had to pause the DVD so that I could compose myself!!!!! I totally recomend it!
Well, I have to go and do some house cleaning....don't you just love it...
